Up until late 2004 bankruptcy was to be used for families who were fighting through serious monetary problems. Sadly it was mistreated by far too many U.S. citizens who were trying to evade paying their unsecured debts. When I find that debt is hurting me then I will enroll into a debt reduction program and find myself some relief today to help my future.
