Avoid getting heavy beverages when you?fre set to conquer a buffet. These include pop, juices, shakes, and even water. They have a filling property that will make you feel loaded easily. Even a baby feeding bottle can make infants feel this way. If you are really that parched, you might want to drink some water to fix your thirst but still maintain your hunger for that yummy buffet waiting for you.
If you are the one buying, make sure that you are eating most of the food that are being served at the buffet table. Otherwise, you will never be able to love any of it and go home not feeling good about it. Now if you were just invited, do your rounds and feast on the smells and sights first before piling mounds onto your dish. This way, you can make a mental note and get a better mindset of what to make space for in your tummy.
