Private plates rules. The number of rules governing the transfer of private number plates has reduced over the years to a handful. Main one is any vehicle involved in a registration number transfer must be taxed and tested.Also it is not possible to make a vehicles look younger thans it actually is. The number to be transferred must not have “non-transferrable” registration mark next to it on the V5C.
